oo ok my bad your prob right lol i used to have the iphone, and when i used vnc you HAD to be on the same network, and it was a bit harder to connect from another location, but it was possible. And it was slow, nonetheless. I guess it’s become more developed now lol DAMN YOU EBAY AND ANDROID G1 ! i want my iphone back ! lol

You can be on edge, 3g or wifi. As long as you are connected to the internet in some manner you will be fine (3g and wifi work best). You don’t have to be on the same network either. All your doing is accessing your computer at home via a remote desktop program on your iphone such as mocha vnc or win admin.

Don’t you have to be on the same wifi network? Unless your school, work, and store are all in the same room lol or area I guess
