there is not away to do that the games are copy written and encoded the military cant even crack them

PS2 games, burn directly from the DVD or download it from torrent. burned CDs don’t work on PS2. To play them, use cogswap, swapmagic, or a mod chip.
For PS3, you can burn the games onto a blue-ray disk from a torrent file, but playing them is another issue
