I honestly dont think thats possible. You could try using a DVD burn but because of piracy issues im not sure it would work in your 360. Atleast legally, I dont think its possible.

i understand that xbox 360 games are very expensive and are very easy to scratch. in fact i had to buy 3 games twice because of it being to easy to scratch and not to mention my first xbox 360 was the faulty grinding one and ruined 2 games… i swear that they can make the discs better to where they cant get scratched as easy.
1. find out what drive you have:
2. download the firmware:
3. instal; firmware on xbox
4. download the backup creator:
5. now you can backup your games and not have to buy games more then once.
hopefully this saves you a few hundred dollars. good luck!
