  You pretty much need to have a mod chip in your system to be able to play burned games. It will only void your warranty. I have a modded wii that will play burned games but I don’t bother with it since i can play hombrew games downloaded on a sd card. Hope this helps.

  Technically, no. Your console has to be tampered with to do this.

  Legally, no. Burning copies of games is illegal pretty much everywhere.

  Without getting your console and/or gamertag banned from live? No. People get banned all the time for this.

  You would need a mod chip and microsoft can easily find out about it. Plus the multiplayer will lag allot games aren’t too expensive just buy the game you want.

  yes its true. but i WOULD NOT recommend it. you could lose your account and get your ip address blocked from the xbox live server. you WILL be caught. Microsoft do a system scan regularly now and its an extensive one.

  Burning, downloading or otherwise obtaining an in-use license of any Xbox 360 game, unless you own it, is illegal. Not to mention dangerous, what with all the viruses out there. The companies have to make their money somehow. AND you cannot do this without modding anyway.

  Fortunately, you can get full Xbox 360 games for free, legally. It’ll take time and effort, and it certainly won’t be instantaneous. But if you’re interested, here’s a link:

  For signing up, you get 250 points, which is $2.50. After that, you can complete offers and surveys, play games, win contests, and refer others to the site for more points.   Sounds pretty risky.

  I think you would be better of getting legit games off this site, . Just fill out all the registration boxes and complete 1 offer to recieve 250 points free!

  It’s true but it is illegal and you will get banned by MS on Xbox Live.

  Your best bet is to get free legal games here,
