I bought a PS3 game for a friend and it was their last copy so it was not sealed nor was there any stick placed on it to act as one. But my friend already has this game am I able to return it? They sold me it for new price with no plastic or any sealing stickers on it on it of any kind other than the price tag on the front, am I still able to get a refund on their so called” new” open games? Or am I out of luck?
