How do I transfer a Sims 3 Save to another pc?

I have two copies of Sims 3, one on my PC and another on my g/f’s pc.I have been playing a saved game on mine for quite a while and would like to transfer my save to her pc so I can access it through her Sims 3 game.
How would I do this? ALSO I do not want to overwrite her files and erase her save. Thanks in advance.
